To close out the Manhattan Cocktail Classic, iconic Italian spirit Campari celebrated its 150 anniversary at The Bowery Hotel. Some of America’s top mixmen put spins on the Negroni—by far the most popular cocktail featuring the striking red potion. Mixologists included Tony Abou-Ganim, Lynnette Marrero, Jacques Bezuidenhout, Marco Dionysos, Francesco Lafranconi, Allen Katz and Eric Alperin. James Franco showed up later in the evening. We strike him as a Campari man (good taste). Cheers to Campari!
