Edible presents good beer and great grub at the Brooklyn Academy of Music
Our friends at Edible Brooklyn like them some drink. In fact, their latest issue is devoted to the borough's robust craft beer and mixology scenes. Check it. To celebrate the issue's release, and the teary end of Good Beer Month, the magazine's editors (and living legend Jimmy Carbone) brought together some of the region's best brews—paired with some of our favorite NYC restaurants (there was an endless supply of Fette Sau brisket. We have issues comprehending that). Participants included: Esca, Luke's Lobster, Northern Spy Food Co., Jimmy's 43, Gramercy Tavern and Umi Nom, paired with the finest from Sixpoint Craft Ales, Kelso of Brooklyn, Fire Island Beer Company and Peak Organics. Were you snapped?
