The best in cheap drinking, at all hours of the day
We'd like to celebrate the most joyous hour of the day, where drinks are cheaper, bars dish out free nibbles, and you can save a few bucks while getting sloshed. While pretty much every bar in NYC offers some sort of happy-hour deal, we found the best of the best—broken into a few distinct categories. Does this make you happy? We're happy! —Linnea Covington
