Celebrating St. Patrick's half birthday in the South Street Seaport
It's the holiday so nice, they celebrate it twice: September 12 marked the halfway point to St. Patrick's Day—everyone's favorite drinking holiday—and partiers armed with green plastic cups and their finest Irish get-ups marked it with a Halfway to St. Paddy's Bar Tour in the South Street Seaport, hitting a dozen participating pubs to spread the Irish warmth wheresoe'er they went.
