Whistlin' Dixie's Texas Tavern (CLOSED)
Aside from the Texas chili con queso and the Daisy Dukes worn by bartenders, not much else has to do with Texas here. But that doesn't matter, because what this place knows about is having fun. Theme parties happen almost every night. Mexicano Mondays mean $3 Coronas, and expect exotic dancers on SIN Sundays—no, they're not performing; it's service-industry night, so that means they drink free. In addition to a slew of drink specials and mixed drinks, the food menu at Whistlin' Dixie includes all the standard pub grub like salads and burgers and Mexican offerings like burritos and empanadas.
