The lighting matches the liquor—that is, warm and golden, wrapping you in a welcoming fog. To help soak up the booze, there's high-end Southern comfort food, like barbecue and cornflake-crusted fried oysters with bacon remoulade. Four bourbon-based cocktails add a minimal but appreciated complement; a slender but carefully considered wine list rounds it all out.
