It's a wino's paradise at this new Williamsburg center, a temple to the grape for serious Brooklyn boozers. Part bar, part fully-functioning winery, the giant space has a program for groups to sign up for a yearlong, super-hands-on winemaking adventure—from squishing the grapes to designing the bottle labels. If you're not ready to commit to making your own barrel (prices range from $600-$5,500), enjoy a glass or a full tasting flight from the enclosed bar area—yes, they will be pouring housemade bottles once they're ready—which overlooks the shiny fermenting vats and metal de-stemmer machines.
