Little Dannielynn Birkhead, the five-year-old daughter of troubled starlet Anna Nicole Smith who died in 2007, is carrying on the family's Derby tradition.
She and her dad, Larry Birkhead, a Lousiville native, took part in the Kentucky Derby fun on Saturday. Dannielynn wore a flowery hat, as did celebs including Erin Andrews, Cindy Lauper, Ashton Kutcher and Mary J. Blige, who sang the national anthem.
Dannielynn, in case you've forgotten, is named after half-brother Daniel, who died from a lethal combination of drugs after collapsing in his mother's hospital room in the Bahamas three days after Dannielynn's birth. Anna Nicole was 39 when she was found dead in a Florida hotel room.
