They may not be best friends on TV, but Grey's Anatomy co-stars Chandra Wilson, Justin Chambers and Kim Raver have no problem spending quality time together off-screen.

The trio gathered in Pasadena, Calif. Sunday for the Rock 'n' Roll Pasadena Half Marathon, run in support of Cure Mito, a charity devoted to mitochondrial disease.

It was an especially important event for Wilson, whose daughter Sarina suffers from the disease.

"I think when you have something that you are running for, it really keeps you going and you want to make a difference for those kids," Raver said in a statement. "Cure Mito is an amazing organization and I am so happy to be here in support of Chandra, she is such a team player on the set of Grey's. It was really emotional crossing the finish line and the music on the course was awesome."
