Miley Cyrus recently vowed not to talk about anything but music on Twitter, but it seems she's sending a message out about all the buzz surrounding her engagement to Liam Hemsworth.
Late Thursday, Cyrus' back-up singer Lindsey Lee tweeted, "had to send off my engagement ring today to get fixed… one of the little diamonds fell out… I feel naked without it :( so sad!"
Miley replied, "ugh that's the worst! I just had a similar situation except when it happens to me then everyone says my wedding is off."
Buzz has been swirling that Miley and Liam -- Miam - have split and their wedding has been nixed.
"OMG that sucks! people just need to mind their own business," Lee wrote back. "I saw first hand how happy u & Liam are don't let them get to u!
Meanwhile, Liam is in the Philippines, where today he greeted fans during a Bench store appearance.
