Tamera Mowry-Housley and her husband, Adam Housley, are expecting a baby in early November.
"Adam and I are excited about having a baby and the blessing that he or she will bring to our lives and to our family and friends," Mowry-Housley, 33, tells People.com. "We can't wait to meet this little miracle!"
Tamera's twin, Tia, welcomed a child 10 months ago.
"The first trimester was a little rough. I was extremely fatigued and had morning sickness — more like evening sickness," says Mowry-Housley, whose husband, 40, is a correspondent for Fox News. "Luckily, it has subsided in my second trimester. I feel great as of now — more like myself."
A second season of Tia & Tamera, the twins' Style network reality show, debuts in June.
