It may only be a few weekends old, but the Water Taxi Beach at South Street Seaport is ready to party. This Sunday, beach-goers were treated to a paella parade (for a $20 fee), which featured different takes on the iconic rice dish from area Spanish chefs, as well as free samples of El Coto de Rioja wines from local Frederick Wildman & Sons. The paella went quickly, which is good news for Action Against Hunger, the charity set to received part of the event's proceeds.
