"Kwanzaa Fest 2008!" at the Museum of Natural History

The American Museum of Natural History has plenty of eye candy for any season, but "Kwanzaa Fest 2008!", December 28 from 12-5 p.m., promises to be a winner. A cultural extravaganza of the African and African-American dance, workshops, music and more, the festival transforms the museum's Milstein Hall of Ocean Life into a Kwanzaa Marketplace full of vendors, artists, craftspeople, performers and representatives from major cultural institutions. Kwanzaa-themed food and drink will also be available. (The American Museum of Natural History, Central Park West at 79th St., 212-769-5100, www.amnh.org)
