Sex, violence, ass-kickin', rock'n'roll: no argument, the Gotham Girls Roller Derby League is the pinnacle
of NYC sports. An April 19th season debut match pitting the GG's
all-star travel team against Philly's Liberty Belles (with an intro
match between Gotham's junior squad The Wall Street Traitors and
Connecticut's Stepford Sabotage) was reason enough to travel all the
way out to Long Island University's Brooklyn Schwartz Center. Good
news: Both New York squads won handily. Even better, we have the photo
