This past Saturday, the 25th annual Mermaid Parade brought out costumes both colorful and, ahem, boob-centric. With the area's future up in the air, it was nice to be reminded of all that Coney Island still has to offer—namely, an "anything goes" spirit, real showmanship, and a love of all things low-cut.
