Halloween is just around the corner, and there’s one very pressing question on everyone’s mind: what minor celeb or tabloid trainwreck should I parody this year?

We hear ya—last year, there were plenty of stumbling Mel Gibsons, a couple of Katie Holmes Cruises being led away by cultish brainwashers and more “hell-to-the-no” Bobbys and Whitneys than we ever could’ve imagined. But you don’t want to be called old news, do you?

We’ve targeted some of our favorite Hollywood headline-grabbers—guys, gals and even some couples—and picked the accessories and attitude that’ll take these simple costumes to the next level. Happy trick or treating…and don’t forget to thank us in your best costume acceptance speech.
