All Star Parade
Over a million people lined up on Sixth Ave. to watch baseball greats past (Yogi Berra, Whitey Ford, Tony Gwynn, Frank Robinson) and present (the entire line-up for the 79th All-Star Game) ride by during Tuesday's All-Star Parade. Who knew it would be just the beginning of a very long day? Later that evening in Yankee Stadium, the AL defeated the NL 4-3 in the 15th inning; for those of you who attended (and paid $11,000+ on Stubhub for day-of tickets...ouch!), it was definitely worth the whole spectacle.
