A backstage tour of the RSC at the Park Avenue Armory
This view of the stage, mid-construction, suggests the incredible feat of engineering that the RSC's architects have accomplished. They cunningly recycle those 46 industrial crates as structural support for the stage as well as a backstage area to store the different sets for each of the five plays.
