Oh Snap!
All of NYC's "Young Americans" and "Rebel Rebels" came out to Santos Party House last night to celebrate this year's Bowie Ball dressed like everyone's favorite androgynous man from Mars. Hosted by Deryck Todd, the evening was filled with over the top performances which were only slightly more outrageous than the glittery Bowie-clad audience with everyone rocking their best wigs and silvery unitards.
If you weren't feeling quite as fabulous as the other partygoers, hairspray and curling irons were flying at the Bumble & Bumble makeover station in the basement. Between sets Michael T and a host of other DJ's kept the revelers dancing until the wee wee hours of the morning. Rumor has it Fred Schneider of the B-52's was set to make an appearance, but that might have been way after we tucked ourselves in. --Gabi Porter
