A night of burlesque, booze and fashion at Brooklyn Collective's opening party
Brooklyn Collective's Friday night opening party at General Nightmare Antiques drew quite the crowd, lured by the promise of free booze, burlesque by Brooklyn Tatto and the designs of Brooklyn Collective's 20-plus designers. A neighborhood darling, Brooklyn Collective's been supporting artists and designers who trade working in the shop in exchange for showcasing their unique wares. Since Brooklyn Collective's moved down a block into General Nightmare Antiques, Red Hook shoppers will get to browse through the local designs and shop for vintage furniture. But, unfortunately, they won't find any of Friday's burlesque performers.
