Thousands jumped into the chilly Coney Island waters New Year's Day for the Coney Island Polar Bears annual New Year's Day Swim. Going strong since 1903, the New Year Day's winter swim attracts curious on-lookers and bold swimmers looking to start the new year, uh, refreshed. Metromix swung by to shoot and cheer on the intrepid bunch.
