Hitting Coney Island on New Year's Day for a frozen swim
Um, BRRRRR. The Coney Island Polar Bear Club, the "oldest winter bathing organization in the United States," hit the beaches at Coney Island on Sunday for their annual New Year's Day Swim. Gathering at 1 p.m., the swimmers met a mild day...and near-freezing waters.
