Sarah Palin puppets! Kermit in drag! A look at the anarchical spirit behind this adults-only puppet show
An adults-only puppet show from Jim Hensen Studios, “Stuffed and Unstrung” is one of the more eyebrow-raising spring shows. Created by Jim's son Brian, “Stuffed” is more “Who's Line Is It Anyway” with muppets than “Avenue Q”. A host sets up an improv sketch, with suggestions from a raucous audience, and a few of the six puppeteers vamp a scene. The trick is, it's two shows in one: you can watch the action on giant TV screens, or spy on the performers as they sweat out a scene.
