Santacon 2011
SantaCon is essentially the excuse for dozens of increasingly drunken New Yorkers to dress up as a variation on St. Nick (or any holiday-themed icon) and prance around the city, amusing and/or scaring unsuspecting tourists and citizens. The 2011 edition featured hundreds of wannabe Santas dressing up and descending upon Manhattan Saturday, stopping for drinks, gift-giving, caroling and random holiday cheer along the way. Metromix swung by to shoot the jolly crowd.
