Halloween has gone to the dogs...literally. On Saturday in Tompkins Square Park, PeoplePets.com and Unleashed Spa presented the 20th Annual Halloween Day Parade, featuring costumed canines and the owners who love them. Best in show prize went to Grace, a pug dressed up as southern belle Scarlett O'Hara from "Woof in the Wind", but there were tons of outlandish outfits, from an Egyptian chihuahua to Max, the dog in the "Grinch Who Stole Christmas."
