VICE Magazine celebrated their Fashion Issue hitting newstands last night at Westway with—what else?—a fashion show at the former strip joint featuring leather-clad dogs.
The reluctantly risque, BDSM (for one night only) pooches charmed the waiting hoards of hipster fashionistas who were double-fisting their open bar cocktails and straining to pat their furry little heads. The poor little dogs, for the most part, dutifully strutted their stuff down the "dogwalk," but when we bumped into the celebs of the night on the sidewalk after the show, they all seemed much happier outside in the snow.
Meanwhile, the line to get in still snaked around the block, but with no more dogs we took our leave .... —Gabi Porter
