Yankees Parade 2009
They won! Aside from the numerous "27th Heaven" headlines ('cause they've won 27 World Series...get it?) and rather brisk weather, there was little to complain about at the Yankees Victory Parade on Friday morning. The event took place along the "Canyon of Heroes" in the Financial District, ending with a ceremony at City Hall. Thousands came out in support of Jeter, A-Rod, et al...and most probably called in "sick." For shame!
