Fox, Sunday, 8 ET/PT
Tina Fey lends her voice to this long-running favorite as a new teacher who bullies Lisa. That just shows how well Fey's career is going these days: You have to be riding pretty high to risk being mean to our little Lisa. Bart, OK, that we can understand - but Lisa! That starts the warning bells ringing, Ms. Fey.
History, Sunday, 8 ET/PT
History's ratings record-setter continues on through the Old Testament stories of Joshua, Samson, Saul and David. How many of those record-setting viewers will return is an open question, but one thing seems obvious from the show's smash debut: There's a vast audience out there for these kinds of stories that has clearly been underserved.
Army Wives/The Client List
Lifetime, Sunday, 9 ET/PT
Two Lifetime series return to join Sunday's crowded lineup this week. First up is a seriously revamped Army Wives, which is dropping some characters and adding four others, played by Ashanti, Torrey DeVitto, Elle McLemore and Jesse McCartney. (If you're thinking "budget cuts," odds are you're right.) That's followed at 10 by the second-season premiere of Jennifer Love Hewitt's housewife-as-hooker story The Client List - where the wife is now in a romantic triangle with her husband and her brother-in-law. Clearly a crowd that needs to be taking that Bible miniseries to heart.
