"Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back" (2001)

The C.L.I.T.: Smith’s recurring side characters take center stage for this road trip comedy. A group of women from a “terroristic primate-rescue syndicate” convince Jay that they need a videotaped record of a male perspective on the clitoris for a human-sexuality class. Happy to oblige, Jay goes on camera to unleash an impassioned monologue complete with pantomimed cunilingus.

Turns out the real motivation behind the video was to create the impression that Jay is the leader of the ladies’ animal-rights group, called C.L.I.T. (an acronym for Coalition for Liberation of Itinerant Tree-dwellers). It’s probably the most weirdly convoluted female-anatomy gag in film history.
