Superhero pups in Disney's 'Super Buddies'
Look out Avengers. There are some new crime-fighters on the scene as these first look photos from the Disney's upcoming puppy love-fest "Super Buddies" shows. The "Buddies" series is the number one live-action direct-to-DVD series with family fare such as "Space Buddies" (2008) and "Spooky Buddies" (2011). In "Super Buddies" (debuting Aug. 13), the golden retriever pups Buddha, Mudbud, Budderball, Rosebud and B-Dawg turn into the cutest caped crusaders ever. "These pups can do anything any super hero can do," says director and creator Robert Vince. "Except they are cuter."
