Time to get cooking with the season nine premiere of Chef Gordon Ramsay's "Hell's Kitchen" on Fox. Under the critical eye of the chef, 18 new cheftestants will put their kitchen skills to the test in a battery of cutthroat culinary challenges. Enduring the wrath of Ramsay will be worth it for one lucky winner, who will be awarded the head chef spot at BLT Steak in New York City.
Season nine of "Hell's Kitchen" premieres Monday, July 18, at 8 p.m. on Fox.
