Hunter Hayes is having a good 2013 so far. The 21-year-old singer and multi-instrumentalist got his first No. 1 country hit with his previous single, Wanted. His latest one, Somebody's Heartbreak, is gaining airplay quickly and currently sits at No. 23 on USA TODAY's country airplay chart. Hayes debuted the video for his new single today, and it's full of onstage and backstage footage.
Hayes performs on tonight's The Grammy Nominations Concert Live: Countdown to Music's Biggest Night (CBS, 10 p.m. ET/tape delay PT). We're betting that, by the end of the show, he'll have a best new artist nomination, too.
