R. Kelly is back In the Closet.
The R&B singer continues his convoluted hip-hop opera, Trapped In the Closet, with The Next Installment (IFC, Friday, 9 p.m. ET/PT).
Previously, the whole cast of characters, including Rosie the Nosy Neighbor, Reverend Moseley, Twan and Pimp Lucius, were working out a few romantic issue in Chapters 1-22. But this time, they'll get the help of Dr. Perry, a marriage counselor, and Beeno, an underworld kingpin. Bonus: Both new characters are played by R. Kelly.
Serious fans and curious onlookers who have the Shazam app on their smartphones can access myriad extras like trivia and photos. And if you're just catching up or need a refresher, IFC will air a two-hour, digitally remastered special of the earlier chapters in the saga at 7 p.m. ET/PT.
