Pop singer Anastacia, 44, has been diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time.
In a statement on her website, the singer, who battled the disease in 2003, says she has been forced to cancel her European tour, due to kick off in London on April 6.
"I feel so awful to be letting down all my amazing fans who were looking forward to It's A Man's World Tour. It just breaks my heart to disappoint them."
The Sick and Tired star, who has had more success overseas than in the U.S., is hoping to schedule another tour in the future. She plans to continue to try to write and record her new album.
The statement continued: "Now more then ever, she is determined to live by her motto 'Don't ever let cancer get the "Best of You!'"
