Ready to hang out in Gulf Shores, Ala.?

The Hangout Music Fest, possibly the only festival that allows fans to soak up the main-stage action poolside, will be headlined by Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers and Kings of Leon, organizers announced today. The May 17-19 bill also features The Shins, Kendrick Lamar, The Roots, Ellie Goulding, Steve Aoki, Passion Pit, Bloc Party, Porter Robinson, Public Enemy, Galactic, Dirty Projectors, Grouplove, Ryan Bingham and Delta Rae.

If that's not attractive enough, the festival also offers dining on fresh gulf shrimp, crab and oysters; amusement rides; private restrooms with VIP admission; views of the Gulf of Mexico -- and a crowd capped at 35,000 attendees per day.

Check out the full lineup (minus the third headliner, who will be announced shortly) at the fest site, where tickets go on sale Friday (11 a.m. ET). But don't dawdle: Last year's event sold out within two weeks.
