Is it almost time for Kings of Leon to go to rehab? Apparently not. The notoriously hard-partying group's leader Caleb Followill mocked All Points West's tragic drinking policy (per-person limits and designated areas), drawing the liveliest response from the crowd up until that point ("Boo!" they agreed). But if anyone can get rock-loving New Yorkers amped while semi-sober, it's the Kings, who blew wildly through a set of old faves like "Tapered Jean Girl" and the "Bucket," peppering in singles ("Sex on Fire," "Crawl") from their upcoming record "Only by the Night." —Cristina Black
