The New Jersey Devils needed a new arena, and the Prudential Center is it. An 18,000-seat multi-purpose arena that is not just home to the NHL, but also to the New Jersey Ironmen, a Major Indoor Soccer League expansion team which will begin play in the 2007-08 MISL season and the Seton Hall University Men's Basketball team. Concerts will also be part of the new arena's calendar, with NJ favorites Bon Jovi opening the venue with six concerts.
