Hardly predictable

The last time we caught this bounding six-piece at the Bowery, they were inciting lots of po-going in an opening slot for Tokyo Police Club. Sounding like Dexy's Midnight Runners at their poppiest or, considering their two female string players, Arcade Fire Jr., the band exudes maximum sing-along fun (lead singer Wesley Miles is not afraid to wear a headband and plead to the audience for attention).
