Black Lips may not piss in their own mouths on stage anymore (ah, maturity), but plenty of beer—and some unplanned raindrops—flew during a live set at the Williamsburg Waterfront. (Headliners …And You Will Know Us by the Trail of Dead were forced to cancel their headlining set due to stupid thunderstorms). At least there was Atlanta’s Black Lips, a band known as much for their raucous live shows as their self-proclaimed "flower punk," which is actually a vibrant mix of raw Stooges power and lo-fi garage punk.
