With Dean and Britta
Charlotte Gainsbourg has become a Renaissance woman of sorts: bold actress, outré electronic pop singer, hipster crush extraordinaire. The daughter of French musical legend Serge Gainsbourg and British actress Jane Birkin enlisted some formidable talent on her debut album, bringing in Air and Pulp frontman Jarvis Cocker. More recently, Beck hopped on board for the singer's latest, "IRM." At this wispy, sometimes nervy, American debut performance, Gainsbourg mined mostly from the new album—but also played her adored cover of Bob Dylan's "Just Like a Woman" from the movie "I'm Not There." With Dean and Britta.
