Aussie electro rockers Empire of the Sun made their New York City debut at Terminal 5 on Sunday, fresh off the bus from Lollapalooza. Luke Steele and company definitely got the memo not to forget the bells and whistles with their current tour, in support of their debut album "Walking on a Dream." Part samurai, part shaman, part gladiator, part dayglo disco the trio hit the stage with dancers and wind machines and a lot of black light. A+ for theatrics and the music ain't so bad either.
