Chuck Berry
Chuck Berry- The rock founding father has no Grammys on his mantelpiece (other than his lifetime achievement and Hall of Fame Grammys). There's a simple explanation, Grein says: "Some of (Berry's) most classic hits came before the Grammys were founded (in 1958)," including 'Maybellene,' 'Roll Over Beethoven' and 'Rock and Roll Music.' Berry's 'The Chess Box' did win for best historical album (1989), but that award goes to the producer.
