M.I.A.
More like "HOT Fest," right? Horrendously warm, humid weather aside, HARD Fest (or HARD NYC as it was officially called) featured an all-star lineup of dance, rock and hip hop—headlined by bewildering and beguiling Sri Lankan rapper M.I.A. (Who drew many jeers, and walkouts, for her uneven performance. She also reportedly spat on a photographer. WTF /\/\/\Y/!?). Joining her at the two-stage bash: Sleigh Bells (weren't you just playing Coco66?), Theophilus London, Skream and Benga, Rye Rye, Ninjasonik, 12th Planet, Destructo and thousands of sweaty fans.
