London’s poptronica princess Little Boots was all over South by Southwest this year, but the U.S. release of her debut LP “Hands” still hasn’t been set yet. Please release it Ms. Boots! New listeners will surely hear why she’s been called the new Kylie more than once, but whether this upstart electropop tart will actually break over here or stay “Stuck on Repeat” only on the other side of the pond remains to be seen. French rockers Plastiscines (!!!) and Yes Giantess opened.
