Mark Ronson and the Business International | Music Hall of Williamsburg
Keeping with his usual approach to "solo" albums, Mark Ronson's third LP "Record Collection" features collaborations and guest spots aplenty. Many of the tracks were co-written (by people like the Zutons' Dave McCabe and the Drums' Jonathan Pierce), and everyone from Ghostface Killah to Alex Greenwald to Boy George to D'Angelo to the Pipettes' Rose Elinor Dougall takes a turn at the mic. At this sold out show, Greenwald, MNDR and Spank Rock's Naeem Juwan Hank stood-in pretty damn spectacularly for the missing guests as the English/American producer played modern day Benny Goodman atop a giant DJ booth—playing lead guitar, singing, DJing, cheering on his friends. Also, LOUD! With Francis and the Lights. MORE PHOTOS
