Sounding like Dexy's Midnight Runners at their poppiest or, considering their two female string players, Arcade Fire Jr., Syracuse's Ra Ra Riot exudes maximum sing-along fun (i.e. lead singer Wesley Miles is not afraid to wear a headband and plead to the audience for attention). They careen, they bop and they burn. Last night, they headlined Celebrate Brooklyn! in Prospect Park.
