It’s been five years since we last heard from this all-female indie-pop group, which features singer/guitarist Z Berg, daughter of producer/record executive Tony Berg, and drummer Tennessee Thomas, daughter of session drummer and Elvis Costello sideman Pete Thomas.The group’s new sound is appealingly bright and poppy; less Throwing Muses and early Liz Phair of the previous iteration.
