Rich harmonies from the buzzed-about sister duo
The Pierces are two New York-based sisters, Allison and Catherine Pierce, who play rich, harmonious folk rock. The duo, which recently signed with a major label (Island Def Jam, which release their new album "You & I" in late March), has already garnered a lot of success in the U.K. and landed songs on "Gossip Girl," "Dexter" and "Pretty Little Liars." Wednesday, they headlined the Mercury Lounge...and will do so again tonight.
