Sonic Youth: underground icons, the epitome of downtown cool…Starbucks synergists? Yep, the legendary rockers have made a deal with the frothy devil for their latest release, a compilation called "Hits Are For Squares," with tracks chosen by musicians and celebrities. Weird? Sure. But nobody is going to question the band’s epic live sets, played for free at Battery Park. With The Feelies.
