Blue Ribbon
- Neighborhood: SoHo
- 97 Sullivan St.
- Manhattan, NY 10012
- 212-274-0404
Restaurant chains are normally very unhip. Except when they belong to the Bromberg brothers, whose tentacles now stretch into Brooklyn. Despite the expansion, Blue Ribbon remains as good as it ever was: The burgers are terrific, the oysters fresh and the service (relatively) attentive. As in all the Blue Ribbons, you may have to wait for a table, and the noise can reach unendurable levels—small price to pay for an overall delightful dining experience.
